This treatment works to relieve muscular tension, increase circulation and promote a general sense of wellbeing.

Using a mix of therapeutic massage techniques, incorporated from both Swedish and Sports massage, as well as other massage modalities I am trained in, the massage will help to improve tissue mobility, as well as promote better circulation and reduce muscle tension, whilst bringing the body back to a relaxed state and encouraging a greater sense of calm and wellbeing.

I'm an advocate of 'prevention is better than cure' and regular maintenance massage can help to keep your body healthy, as well as your mind, supporting relaxation and reducing stress levels.

You can choose to focus on the areas of greater tension, whether that is just your legs or just your back, neck and shoulders or do an all over session on both areas. Your massage, your body, make it what you need at the time.

Therapeutic Massage

A 30 minute massage will only allow for either a back, neck and shoulder treatment OR a leg treatment.

If you would prefer both areas to be looked at, please book a 60 minute treatment.

Beginning with leg massage, before moving onto back, neck and shoulders and finishing off with the ultimate relaxing head massage.

Top to toe relaxation massage

This is a beautiful combination treatment, where you will have had a 30 minute session on the treatment of your scar(s), as part of ongoing treatment, but then finish the session off with a relaxing half body massage, either back/neck/shoulder and head or legs.

Back, neck and shoulder relaxation massage

A holistic, non-invasive technique that combines Japanese and Indian massage styles with acupressure and lymphatic drainage to tone, lift and rejuvenate the face.
