I had a full body massage with Anastasia today. The whole Harvest experience is so calming: from arriving in the store, then having some time to decompress before your treatment in the relaxation room and, finally, the calming treatment room - it’s so well thought out and geared towards helping you relax. I love Anastasia’s holistic approach to massage. She started and ended the massage with a Tingsha cymbal sound ritual and a grounding mindfulness mantra that helped me leave my worries behind. Her initial foot compressions and gradual approach to touch felt safe, fluid, and deeply relaxing.

This morning was my first time attending Tiny Tree Holistic Therapy and I chose to have 90 minute Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage. Louise was very welcoming and explained the process to me and asked if I wanted any specific areas to be focused on. The massage was amazing and I felt so relaxed and comfortable throughout and any muscle tension or stress had eased away. Chan took her time to understand my needs and any areas of tension before beginning. The massage and acupuncture itself was professional and tailored, with a good balance of pressure — strong enough to work my hip and glute area but still deeply relaxing. I left feeling both physically relaxed and mentally lighter, which is exactly what you want from a session.
