From the moment the massage started, I felt completely relaxed, and the whole experience was incredibly calming and restorative. The treatment was so flowing and therapeutic, with just the right amount of pressure throughout. It felt completely different to a traditional massage and left me feeling refreshed, lighter, and totally stress-free. This morning was my first time attending Tiny Tree Holistic Therapy and I chose to have 90 minute Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage. Louise was very welcoming and explained the process to me and asked if I wanted any specific areas to be focused on. The massage was amazing and I felt so relaxed and comfortable throughout and any muscle tension or stress had eased away. It was a very good session. Fares was highly professional, he first took the time to understand my pain before starting the treatment. I suffer from sciatica nerve pain, and the stretching and massage he performed really helped relieve it. He also suggested a few exercises for me to do at home. I felt very comfortable throughout the session with him. Although I am still a bit sore from the massage, I do feel that it has helped.

I went to Clinic 31 Sports Massage & Cupping to help with long term rhomboid pain in my upper back and a recent forearm injury from training, and the results have been amazing! After just a couple of sessions I noticed much less tension in my upper back and faster recovery in my forearm. Fares is very knowledgeable and clearly understands sports injuries. The sports massage and cupping combination made a huge difference. I’ve already signed up for a membership to stay on top of recovery. Highly recommend!
