I had a wonderful full body aromatherapy massage with Adele at Cove Holistics. Adele took the time to tailor the treatment to exactly what I needed and blended the aromatherapy oils to suit my individual needs, which made the whole experience feel really personal and thoughtful. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing, with just the right pressure throughout. I left smelling lovely,feeling refreshed, and far less tense both physically and mentally. Had the best evening! Very relaxed slept so well afterwards! If you haven't tried the Yoga & Soundbath evening yet ... your missing out! Yoga with Claire was amazing really enjoyed being out of my comfort zone will definitely be returning! I've never been to a soundbath before i didnt really know what to expect... im a busy mum to 3 so i find it really hard to relax/switch off. Wow Victoria has the voice of an actual Angel absolutely bliss so relaxed! The 2 sessions definitely complement each other! Not forgetting the Hostess with the Mostest Adele your amazing at everything you do! Thank you!
