From the minute I walked in, Gemma was so friendly and instantly put me at ease as I was visiting for my first time. We went through a full consultation and she listened to all my answers and explained everything she would be doing. I walked out after my full body massage feeling like I was on top of the world. I’ve been seeing Philippa for a while now, and I can honestly say she’s the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to. Her lymphatic massages are amazing — she has such a gentle yet powerful touch and a deep understanding of how the body works. Every session leaves me feeling lighter, refreshed, and noticeably less bloated and tense. What I really appreciate is the professionalism and genuine care for her clients. She always takes the time to check in, listen, and tailor each massage. It’s clear she’s incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. I cant recommend her enough!

I had my first ever massage by Katy - I was pretty nervous and didn’t know what to expect. As soon as I arrived Katy made me feel so relaxed and answered the questions I had. Kelly is such a lovely person and goes out her way to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I've had lots of treatments and they are honestly fantastic. I like deep pressure applied for massage and as always this is provided however if I'm just booking for relaxing massage again this is what Kelly does it's very person centred.

Just wow!!!! I wasn't sure what to expect but from the moment I walked through the door it was total calm and welcoming. The room was warm and cozy as well as the massage bed. The treatment itself was amazing, I enjoyed it so much. I was so relaxed and the gentle touch just made me drift away into a total state of relaxation. I will definitely be back x

Another great deep tissue/sport massage at Remedy Room West. Phillipa has a brilliant set up, a lovely warm, relaxing space, with gentle but proper music to zone out to (none of the waves lapping/birds tweeting nonsense!). She tailors each massage to my needs and preferences and has helped me manage some annoying sports niggles too. Highly recommended.

Very thorough physio in the heart of Paisley.

I had a 60 minute massage by Rebecca today and it was absolutely amazing!! It was so relaxing and Rebecca was lovely, friendly and created a really calm, comfortable environment. I will definitely be back, this was a fantastic experience :)

Kelly was very welcoming and her massage did exactly what I wanted I don't remember the last time I felt so relaxed. I made my next appointment before I left and I am looking forward to it already Stephen

I saw Phillippa for massage just before and just after completing the West Highland Way and Ben Nevis. She is a truly lovely human who made me feel immediately comfortable and she clearly cares about the wellbeing of her clients. She also gave me the best massages I have ever had (and I've had plenty!). She manages to get exactly the spots that need it and I left feeling better immediately. I wish I could bring her back to Australia with me!
