My massage was WONDERFUL. Patrice arrived promptly and set up with ease. Calm, organised, and clearly experienced. It was genuinely one of the best massages I’ve ever had. The pressure and intensity were perfect for my body, and she worked through every knot with such precision. The jaw massage was a first for me, and it released so much tension I didn’t realise I was holding. My temples and head also received thoughtful attention, which made the whole experience even more restorative. Overall, it was a deeply relaxing and effective recovery massage. I had the best massage I’ve ever had with Lucy. She was so friendly and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. She took the time to understand where I was holding tension and tailored the treatment to what my body needed. I visited for my first massage last week, I was after a deep tissue massage to relieve spasm in the muscles along my spine. The studio is lovely, clean and just had a cosy/relaxing feeling to it. Shay was great about understanding my main concern and really friendly. Most importantly my spine was immediately better and I have not experienced any pain or discomfort whilst at rest in my spine since. Best/most effective deep tissue massage I have ever had! I was so impressed, I returned less than a week later for a migraine trigger point massage! Highly recommend - thank you Shay x
