I'm a uni student and a bit of a gamer so I'm always hunched over my desk. I had an upper body massage and I tell you what I didn't realise how bad my shoulders were after just an hour. I feel better and look better as my posture has improved from my rounded shrugging shape to a natural position. I will definitely be back for more.
