Myself and my friend were visiting Leeds and were waiting for a late flight home, so decided to book in for a massage. The space was absolutely beautiful and ao relaxing as soon as you came through the door. The staff were so welcoming and lovely and the massages were absolutely perfect. We will definitely be coming back the next time we are in Leeds.

I booked in for the Head, Neck & Scalp Ritual, and it was such a treat! Nerissa explained the service beforehand so I knew what to expect, and made me feel so relaxed and treated. Despite the spa being located in the centre of Leeds, it feels so tranquil and you would not know. Such a lovely little retreat.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended for pain relief! My neck and shoulders were incredibly stiff and sore (office job & poor posture). I have seen a few massage therapists around Leeds but none have come close to Lee. She got all of my knots out and I left feeling so much lighter and tension-less . I’ll definitely be back!

I was able to book in last minute. The space feels like a sanctuary and is clean and comfortable. Roxy took the time to understand how best to help and what to focus on. I cam out feeling relaxed and realigned! If I lived in Leeds, I'd definitely come again!

I booked a couples massage, it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, attention to detail was exceptional. The 2 ladies took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and recommended the treatments that suited us best. My partner goes to the gym regularly, so they tailored his massage to target muscle tension and recovery. I have a sensitive back, so they recommended a more relaxing treatment instead of deep tissue. We chose our aromatherapy oils and they regularly checked the pressure and hot stone temperature throughout. A genuine 10/10 we’ll definitely be back!

I had such a lovely experience from start to finish. Andreia was so friendly, welcoming and attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the treatment. She really listened to my concerns and took the time to explain everything, including an aftercare plan tailored to my skin. The facial itself was so relaxing, and I felt really well looked after. I’m so happy with the results my skin looked incredibly clean, fresh and glowing afterwards. You can really tell she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her clients.

Travelled 45 minutes to see Gemma and didn’t disappoint.. she fitted me in last minute for an incredible 2hr relaxing massage, facial, oil head massage and squeezed in a cheeky ASMR.. definitely worth 5 stars.. if only there was 6.. Absolutely brilliant , sports injury and after attending the walk in centre a week ago where I was told just rest it for weeks and go to a and e if there was no improvement, I choose to attend Optical Recovery instead and now I have a full diagnosis, a massage on the injury and full instruction of what I can do plus exercise plan Would highly recommend the injury is feeling a little easier already. , fantastic service
