I can't thank KH enough for a much needed massage. As a new mum, carrying around a 12lbs baby every day really puts a strain on your muscles. I had a hot stone massage and left feeling like a new woman. The atmosphere was so relaxing from start to finish, not to mention the fact that its done wonders for my physical and mental health too. I've been having lymph massages by Nat for a year now. The massage is excellent and you leave feeling so much lighter. If you follow the drink plenty of water and avoid alcohol and caffine advice, then over the next couple of days the results continue to improve. Nat is friendly and welcoming, highly recommend her!

Amazing treatment by Nat. Beautiful studio setting, Nat makes you feel relaxed straight away. This is my first lymphatic drainage massage treatment and I have rebooked with Nat as I am so happy by the difference this first treatment has already made. My body has clearly been holding onto fluid for so long, particularly in my lower legs and now I see a way to address this through further treatments and the kind advice Nat has provided on some actions to take on a day basis.

LOVE my massages with Rio so much that I've followed her to her to her new studio. It's such a calm and inviting space and I always come out feeling refreshed and relaxed. She takes her time to work on particular areas of tension and I feel great afterwards. Can't recommend her enough.
