Today I had an excellent full body massage. I’d never had one before and felt a little self conscious but Sarah explained it really well before the treatment, made sure I was OK with everything she was going to do and said I could omit anything I wasn’t comfortable with. This really put me at ease. The massage didn’t feel exposing at all. It was very relaxing but I also felt invigorated and energised afterwards. I had less pain and my mood improved. Sarah was brilliant and checked I was OK throughout the therapy. Thank you for a really amazing experience - I’ll definitely book this again!

I had such a lovely experience with Jo. She created a calm, welcoming space and was incredibly knowledgeable, really taking the time to understand my skin. Another great treatment, my second Indian head massage it was perfect. The room smelt lovely with a nice relaxing scent, helping to create the perfect atmosphere from start to finish. I’ve booked often for massage and it’s an AMAZING experience She is so nice and great at everything she does and has helped me through a lot with my pain I’ve never felt more comfortable than i do in her presence.She is so understanding and focused in making sure im relaxed. Today I had a back massage with Sarah. As I cannot lay on my front Sarah had me sit in a chair. The massage was wonderful , so many knots gone. Bonus is that I will be having my eyebrows done tomorrow. 2 treatments in a week...lovely 😍 .

I found the whole experience very relaxing. Kirstie has great knowledge in what she does and I felt that I was being treated with respect amd courtesy throughout. My 1hr reflexology experience was well worth the money and I will no doubt book another session. Would recommend.

I had the most incredible Unbinding facial with Jo at Spell Holistic - genuinely the best facial I’ve ever had. Jo is so respectful, thoughtful and deeply considered in the way she works, which made the whole experience feel incredibly calming and personal from start to finish. The space itself is absolutely gorgeous and decorated so beautifully and intentionally. Every detail feels carefully chosen and adds to the atmosphere. The facial was amazing, both relaxing and transformative, and I left feeling completely restored. I cannot recommend Jo or Spell enough ❤️
