Fabulous experience. It was my first time trying lymphatic massage and Karen explained everything clearly before, during and after. Despite being different from a normal massage I still found it very relaxing. I slept like a baby that night. The next day I noticed my stomach had gone down so much it was actually wrinkly 🤣 First time I’ve been happy about finding a new wrinkle 🤭 I weighed my self the following day and I was down 3lbs - in 3 days! Very happy with result but most important I feel much better. I’ll definitely be returning for another one post holiday ☺️

Menopause massage is a wonderful treatment. Just perfect in every way. This time it was Gillian who remembered I like to be toasty so electric blanket on then heated beanie round my neck and hot eye mask. Perfect pressure - relaxing but also therapeutic. She noticed I held tension in my neck and spent time focusing on that and I can feel the benefit already. I had the full body lymphatic massage previously and that was brilliant too. Today I had my first lymphatic drainage massage and it exceeded all my expectations. The therapist was incredibly kind, welcoming, and took time to understand what I needed before starting. The treatment itself was soothing and well done I felt relaxed, refreshed, and much less bloated afterwards. It’s clear he knows exactly what he’s doing. Amazing from start to finish. Stunning room, very tranquil and relaxing, perfect temperature.
