Fabulous experience. It was my first time trying lymphatic massage and Karen explained everything clearly before, during and after. Despite being different from a normal massage I still found it very relaxing. I slept like a baby that night. The next day I noticed my stomach had gone down so much it was actually wrinkly 🤣 First time I’ve been happy about finding a new wrinkle 🤭 I weighed my self the following day and I was down 3lbs - in 3 days! Very happy with result but most important I feel much better. I’ll definitely be returning for another one post holiday ☺️

Menopause massage is a wonderful treatment. Just perfect in every way. This time it was Gillian who remembered I like to be toasty so electric blanket on then heated beanie round my neck and hot eye mask. Perfect pressure - relaxing but also therapeutic. Genuinely this treatment could not be improved ❤️

Absolutely loved my facial today, so relaxing and the glow is amazing! Karen is so lovely and professional and really creates that spa retreat experience. She noticed I held tension in my neck and spent time focusing on that and I can feel the benefit already. I had the full body lymphatic massage previously and that was brilliant too. Today I had my first lymphatic drainage massage and it exceeded all my expectations. The therapist was incredibly kind, welcoming, and took time to understand what I needed before starting. The treatment itself was soothing and well done I felt relaxed, refreshed, and much less bloated afterwards. It’s clear he knows exactly what he’s doing. Amazing from start to finish. Stunning room, very tranquil and relaxing, perfect temperature. Massage was great and very thorough, I had some tense muscles in my lower back and shoulders before now, I gee like a new women now and slept like a baby last night.
