Wonderful deep tissue massage. The room was relaxing and cosy (despite Core Therapies being in the middle of moving!). Natasha took the time to make me feel comfortable at every stage of the massage. I have been suffering with painful knots in my shoulders and neck and she did an amazing job of working them out. She also used hot stones and oils which were lovely. I feel relaxed, renewed and pain free!

With my back playing up, I crawled into see Stacey today for a hot stone massage. OMG! the woman is a miracle worker! She is so kind and careful regarding positioning. I wholeheartedly recommend her. She is without doubt the best therapist I've ever been to.

Excellent as always core therapies in this case the founder Rachel immediate results with structural rebalancing and I have to tell you as a massage therapist that during any type of treatment one structural, realign, balances and optimizes the results, posture changes the way you live, very important to take care of it. I recommend a structural rebalancing to everyone.

Andrea is truly amazing—more than just a massage therapist. Each session is unique and tailored to what I need, and when I'm not sure, she helps me find it. From pulling a positive affirmation card to being drawn to an oracle card that deeply moved me, her extra touches mean so much. Her healing touch, kindness, and spiritual support have had a huge positive impact on my life. The atmosphere is beautiful, and she creates a warm, nurturing space. Highly talented and deeply caring, I can't recommend her enough!
