I was anxious as it’s my 1st time having anything done at a beauty parlour. Well I can honestly say that I was anxious for nothing. I was made to feel relaxed, calm and safe. I feel like a new born baby after my spa facial, oil head (arms and hands) massage and my eyebrow tint. I will most definitely be going back after the new year for a fresh start to the new year. I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the skin fitness ultimate glow facial with Georgia. Georgia instantly made me feel comfortable and at ease. The treatment itself was informative as well as extremely relaxing. The facial has left my skin glowing! Especially enjoyed the addition of head/arm & décolletage massage. Highly recommend.

Wonderful deep tissue massage. The room was relaxing and cosy (despite Core Therapies being in the middle of moving!). Natasha took the time to make me feel comfortable at every stage of the massage. I have been suffering with painful knots in my shoulders and neck and she did an amazing job of working them out. She also used hot stones and oils which were lovely. I feel relaxed, renewed and pain free!
