This was my 2nd visit to see Clare today, ongoing back problems have plagued me from years of lorry driving, Clare's approach not only helps address the immediate pain, her advice and exercise tips are also helping. Ive also strained my ham strings at the gym tooday, my massage has helped immensely and Clare has given me exercises to "warm" them up properly in the future. I had a fantastic sports massage with Claire today. She was incredibly professional and took the time to really understand the issues I’ve been dealing with. Throughout the session, she treated me with genuine care and attention, which made a huge difference. I had a relaxing Indian head massage with Katie. The perfect antidote to a long day working in front of the computer. She advised that I would benefit from deep tissue massage in future sessions due to the amount of tension in my upper back and neck which is partly due to kyphosis.

A beautiful introduction to Ayurvedic massage. Jacqui was welcoming and her treatment room at Moksa, warm on a chilly day. I left feeling very relaxed and floated through the rest of my day! Thank you Jacqui

Sarah is always so friendly and has the the nicest room to have your treatment. I always look forward to getting on the massage table with the heated blanket and leaving feeling very relaxed.
