Emily is warm, friendly and always very welcoming. The salon is a nice relaxing atmosphere and the heated bed is definitely a bonus at the moment. Great service and great lashes

I walked into the salon for the first time yesterday and showed Cressida the type of look I was after. After lockdown with roots down to my ears originally it wasn't going to be an easy fix but I was amazed with how it turned out. It was exactly what I was after, I am SO pleased with the colour and really appreciate the thought and effort put in. Cressida was brilliant and I'd really recommend her expertise. The cut and blow-dry is also exactly to my style. Would 100% recommend this salon and will certainly be coming back! Thank you x

I found my zen at the den, the zen den! As always Emma and her staff where amazing with my son who has autism and struggles in certain situations they take their time and go at his pace. I also got my hair done and I absolutely love the colour,cut and style! Thank you Emma

Tara was lovely and kind, and really took the time to listen and get a feel for my hair before starting work. I'm always very anxious seeing someone new, but she put me completely at my ease, and was happy with the fact that I'm a low maintenance girl. (Note to anyone reading this, always be honest with your hairdresser!) She understood that I wanted to keep my long hair, and trimmed it into a very flattering style. I left the salon feeling I can take on the world! Thank you so much!

I am so glad I found this place! Lovely salon, lovely eyelash technicians and I'm so happy with my lashes . It's spotlessly clean, and the warm treatment beds are an added luxury. Would thoroughly recommend.

I absolutely LOVED my hot stone massage. Such an amazing m massage in a lovely space! I felt so relaxed and it really worked out the tension in my back! The face, head and neck massage was absolutely incredible! Thank you so much Rachel, it was so so lovely to meet you and you were so friendly - we could have chatted for hours!! Amazing. Just went from a pixie cut to 16cinfh hair. Wild experience, got in at 10am and didn't leave til 7pm! Appreciate the process, going back in Monday for a root touch up to darken the highlights so they blend better and then it'll be perfect. Emma is amazing and really takes care of her clients, a scatterbrained witty lady. Expect lots of giggles in her appointment's 🤣😎

I had a fantastic massage at Apothespa in Exeter after a friend treated me to a voucher for my birthday. This was my first treatment at the salon and I very much enjoyed it. The therapist was brilliant, really helpful and she had a lot of knots in my back to work with! I definitely hope to return.
