I have to share this I’ve been struggling for nearly eight months with what I thought was a rotator cuff injury from all my Pilates teacher training. Turns out it was actually an aggravated nerve deep in my armpit, linked to the Teres Major and shoulder muscles. Brigida was amazing, I had an aromatherapy massage and a Indian head massage. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed the moment I stepped in the room. He technique is great and she takes the time to talk to you about any areas you wish to focus on etc. The rooms surroundings are very calming. Would 100% recommend her, I will be coming back for another massage.

I had a sports massage, Kerry was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable. Ive had an ongoing issue with my shoulder which Kerry focused her time on, my shoulder feels the best it's felt in a very long time. The sport massage was great, Kerry is very knowledgeable and understands how work certain areas and I injures. Will be booking one again very soon. xx
