Very welcoming, had a discussion before we began about the pressure l liked, what I expected to gain from the treatment and if I had any problem areas or areas I would like her to concentrate on Faith mentioned the room temperature if I was happy with it and to let her know at any time if I was hot Faith checked l was comfortable before she began, checked if I was happy with the pressure she was using during the massage Very relaxing and calming environment Came away feeling very relaxed and zoned out

My first massage with Lauren and my first ever pregnancy massage and I couldn’t recommend it enough. Lauren is lovely and welcoming and I had one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I feel relaxed and my body feels revived, just what you need during pregnancy. I will definitely be returning for more!

I had the Gold Package at Jemma’s Japanese Head Spa today and it was incredibly relaxing from start to finish. Every step felt thoughtful and luxurious, especially the scalp massage—it completely melted away my tension! My scalp felt refreshed, my hair was noticeably softer, and the facial left my skin looking brighter. The water therapy and unique finishing touches made the whole experience even more calming 🫶🏻 A big thank you to Jemma for such a wonderful experience—I walked out feeling completely reset. One of the best massages I have ever had. I initially booked to try the Myofascial massage as I keep reading about tight Fascia and despite having a lot of massages had never tried it. However having talked through my issues with Tracy she did an amazing combination of myofascial, traditional massage and hot stones which really got into all my knots and tightness. She even talked through some of the stress I'm dealing with at work at the same time - felt like therapy and a massage in one! Would definitely recommend.

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and perfect for unwinding. The scalp massage was incredibly soothing and the products left my hair feeling clean, soft, and refreshed. Another wonderful pampering session by Helen. Great pedicure, facial and back massage. Left the Garden Sanctuary feeling relaxed and renewed after a hectic period. Helen is so welcoming and friendly, very knowledgeable, happy to chat but also lets you relax if you don’t want to talk. I always look forward to my visits.

Helen is an outstanding therapist. She has a deeply holistic and intuitive approach, really seeking to undertake wider context and treat the whole person. She is fully receptive to the needs of her client, and very willing to adapt and personalise treatments. Very skilled at varied massage and more diverse treatments like lymphatic drainage. Her space is beautiful and utterly relaxing. Profoundly relaxing and safely held. Couldn’t recommend more!
