I have to share this I’ve been struggling for nearly eight months with what I thought was a rotator cuff injury from all my Pilates teacher training. Turns out it was actually an aggravated nerve deep in my armpit, linked to the Teres Major and shoulder muscles. At one point I couldn’t even lift my elbow to shoulder height After one 90-minute Performance Recovery Sports Massage, she found it straight away and released it 24 hours later I’ve got full range of movement back. If you’re dealing with injuries, tight lats, glutes or anything that keeps pulling on your pelvis, she is your girl

I had a lovely, relaxing full body massage with Molly today and will definitely return! Great value for a very enjoyable hour of "me time".

Had a lovely massage & cupping appointment, followed by a facial. It was a lovely way to spend a miserable Sunday morning. Molly explained exactly what was going to happen and took a full health history before we got going. Highly recommend!

My massage today with Molly was absolutely perfect. We chatted beforehand about which parts to concentrate on and the pressure I would like. The massage was so relaxing and exactly what I wanted from a massage. Molly is friendly, warm and easy to talk to, she made me feel very welcome. I’m so glad I have another massage already booked!

What a lovely place of calm and tranquility. Brigida provides a wonderful sense of peace, she is such a caring lady. I had an Indian Head massage and it was incredible. The whole experience has been amazing. I would highly recommend a visit (or few) to The Little Wellbeing Room.
