My first massage with Lauren and my first ever pregnancy massage and I couldn’t recommend it enough. Lauren is lovely and welcoming and I had one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I feel relaxed and my body feels revived, just what you need during pregnancy. I will definitely be returning for more!

I have just had Colombian wood therapy with Alice. What an amazing treatment. The perfect mix of relaxation and massage with using wooden tools to manage tension and drain the lymphatic system. I think this is my new favourite. I left feeling relaxed and invigorated at the same time
