Had a neck and shoulders massage this evening and feel so much better. Demi was very attentive to ensure the correct pressure was applied, the environment was inviting and relaxing. The heated under blanket was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend anyone to try Demi, she was lovely and even offered me a glass of Prosecco for being her first client. Will definitely be returning.

I had an excellent sports massage session. Tom was professional, attentive, and quickly identified the areas of tension I’d been struggling with. His technique was both effective and relaxing, and I noticed a significant improvement in my neck and shoulder mobility right after the session. Tom also shared helpful tips for stretching and posture to prevent future discomfort. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an experienced and knowledgeable sports massage therapist.

Excellent treatment. I had the Buccal facial massage. Fully informed of what to expect and felt very comfortable and relaxed. I would highly recommend!

Loved my treatment this evening. Just what I needed and for the first time in weeks I was able to release some tension and properly switch off and relax. Highly recommended for anyone who isn't a massive fan of body massage or oils. Such a lovely peaceful and calming environment and experience. Will definitely book again.

I'd missed a session before I came, and really noticed the difference. Olha does an amazing massage every time, I felt so relaxed afterwards, just wanted to stay where I was all evening, but also I really feel the benefits of the massage over the next few weeks, it really helps maintain muscle health, as well as helping my wellbeing on the day.

I received an energy drip at the Cupping Clinic in Bolton from Miss Saima, who was absolutely wonderful,kind, professional, and an excellent host. She even offered my mother a free cup of tea and provided her with a prayer mat. The atmosphere at the clinic was calm, peaceful, and very welcoming. Highly recommended!

The best massage I have ever have. Preena gets every knott out. Very relaxing and part of my weekly self care they are that good. My back & neck pains have completely stopped with regular massages.

I recently had a sports massage with Olha. She is highly skilled, and the atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxing. I would happily return.

Today was my first visit to Catherine. I had a lovely relaxing lymphatic drainage massage and reflexology. Catherine was friendly and professional and explained what the treatment consisted of & what I could expect afterwards.She advised me re aftercare for best results and I left feeling totally relaxed and de stressed. I will be back in a couple of weeks.

Never disappointed after a visit to Escala. Went in an Indian head massage and Sush also got a taster for the Holistic face massage. Sush used technicals I have never experienced in any other massages which as so relaxing. Who knew the face could get tensed. Left feeling stress free and relaxed. Thanks Sush

The environment and atmosphere was so relaxing. The service was 100%, I was so relaxed that I slept off 😴 and was snoring 🙊. I had the Indian head massage, which included a deep back tissue massage and the new face lift massage. I'll be making this a monthly selfcare routine.
