I had a full body massage with Anastasia today. The whole Harvest experience is so calming: from arriving in the store, then having some time to decompress before your treatment in the relaxation room and, finally, the calming treatment room - it’s so well thought out and geared towards helping you relax. I love Anastasia’s holistic approach to massage. She started and ended the massage with a Tingsha cymbal sound ritual and a grounding mindfulness mantra that helped me leave my worries behind. Her initial foot compressions and gradual approach to touch felt safe, fluid, and deeply relaxing.

Amazing! I booked in for a friend and myself to have the Massage and Reiki. Caroline was so lovely, we both loved our massages and would 100% come back. Neither of us had Reiki before but both thoroughly enjoyed the experience and felt super grounded and relaxed after. First time visiting Charnel at Seasonal Glo and was welcomed with the biggest hug and smiling face, instantly felt at ease! Charnel had a chat with me to find out what I was looking to get out my session and went on to give me the best aromatherapy full body and Indian head massage (not just washing machine rubbing - pin pointed tension release) ending with an ice globes add on - 100% recommend! I asked to have my shoulders back down from my ears and am the most relaxed I’ve been in forever. So ready for my next session! Thank you so much ❤️

This was by far the best full body massage I’ve ever had, and I’ve been to many spas. The whole experience was amazing, the temperature, music and added heated blanket created such a relaxing space. Will be back very soon
