Sarah is an experienced and conscientious therapist with a real interest in understanding the clients' concerns. She will adapt sessions to accommodate new or existing conditions and is really tuned in to providing the best experience every time. I've been having monthly treatments with Sarah for nearly 3 years and feel the benefit from these sessions every time, whether it's for a targeted treatment / specific issue, or a deliciously relaxing high quality massage with hot stones! Highly recommended.

Claire is an incredible physio, quick to pinpoint the problem and resolve whether through massage or exercises. Coming back from breaking my foot almost a year ago and all the problems which have flowed from that and now less than 3 weeks off from London Marathon - I certainly would not be at this point in my training without her! Susan is so friendly and welcoming, she made me feel at ease. Before my massage she did a small consultation so she could focus on areas which I felt needed attention, the massage was lovely releasing my knots and also a relaxing experience.
