Sarah is an experienced and conscientious therapist with a real interest in understanding the clients' concerns. She will adapt sessions to accommodate new or existing conditions and is really tuned in to providing the best experience every time. I've been having monthly treatments with Sarah for nearly 3 years and feel the benefit from these sessions every time, whether it's for a targeted treatment / specific issue, or a deliciously relaxing high quality massage with hot stones! Highly recommended.

Just incredible ✨ As a busy person and with my wedding coming up soon, I needed to find someone to guide me on my skin journey. Lucy absolutely understood the assignment and made me feel completely at ease throughout the whole process. Her treatment room is in the most idyllic location, and she has such a calming presence that instantly makes you relax. During the treatment, I felt the most relaxed I’ve been in a long time. And my skin… well… the glow was unreal! My other half even commented on how soft my face felt—and that’s saying something 😂

Susan is so friendly and welcoming, she made me feel at ease. Before my massage she did a small consultation so she could focus on areas which I felt needed attention, the massage was lovely releasing my knots and also a relaxing experience.

I had The Wonderlift Facial Massage with LED light therapy with Lucy at The Glow Room, and it was unlike any facial I’ve ever had. This was so much more than a transactional treatment—Lucy creates a truly thoughtful, full-sensory experience. Her space smells and looks amazing, instantly making you feel relaxed. I was lucky to win a voucher for a 60-minute massage with Sarah. She was friendly and welcoming, and the treatment was super relaxing, she worked on certain pressure points which really helped - so much so, I will be looking to book another session in the future. Sarah made me feel very comfortable, and provided a great conversation too! Highly recommend!

Amazing facial from Lucy. The whole experience is just the best. From the smells, the cleansing, the hair combing and always finishing with a massage. I always come away with glowing skin and feeling relaxed, I’m glad it’s part of my monthly routine ❤️

I absolutely loved every moment of my Wonderlift facial and upgraded massage. From the moment I arrived, Lucy created such a calm and welcoming atmosphere—it was easy to completely switch off and just be present. The treatment not only exceeded my expectations, but left my skin glowing and incredibly soft. I felt completely at peace and so relaxed, both inside and out. I had the most relaxing microneedling experience, my first time & i didn’t no what to expect but I must say that I was deeply relaxed, neat drifting off! & my skin feels & looks amazing! Booked in for my second round, thank you Lucy. It was fantastic x

It was only the second time I’ve had a massage and Lucy put me right at ease. The location was quiet and the room relaxing, peaceful and subtly decorated with lovely lighting. The massage itself was incredible and I’ll be returning again soon, most likely as a regular!
