Sophie does an in-depth consultation upon arrival to your appointment and you talk about any issues you may have. Then she guides you through some movement patterns and can instantly identify the areas of concern. She targets those spots with various techniques and at the end of the massage you go through the movements again , your range of motion is greatly improved. She works miracles. I highly recommend Sophie.

Amazing. I feel so much better after my appt with Sophie. She used a combination of massage, dry needling and cupping. All relaxing and not painful at all. I have been three times and each time I’ve left feeling lighter, less stiff in my neck and shoulders and much better overall.
