Had my regular remedial massage but this time with my first ever dry needling experience. I could not recommend this service more highly. Have heaps more movement and feeling really good instantly.

Sophie does an in-depth consultation upon arrival to your appointment and you talk about any issues you may have. Then she guides you through some movement patterns and can instantly identify the areas of concern. She targets those spots with various techniques and at the end of the massage you go through the movements again , your range of motion is greatly improved. She works miracles. I highly recommend Sophie.

It’s a holistic approach at Proform Coaching and Massage. Sophie’s gym programs are well thought out and always changing,so it keeps you from getting bored. The massage compliments the workouts beautifully with her understanding of muscle groups . She also is extremely knowledgeable in nutrition and offers guidance and inspiration. From the moment you walk in, Sophie makes you feel completely at ease and supported. I always leave my sessions feeling cared for, relaxed, and with noticeable improvements. I couldn’t recommend her more highly!

Amazing. I feel so much better after my appt with Sophie. She used a combination of massage, dry needling and cupping. All relaxing and not painful at all. I have been three times and each time I’ve left feeling lighter, less stiff in my neck and shoulders and much better overall. This is in combination with the lifestyle changes and supplements she suggested I use to improve my health and wellbeing.

The experience was great. The massage helped to loosen tight muscles and reduce tension, leaving me feeling relaxed and refreshed. The therapist's technique was effective and comfortable, and the overall environment was calming.
