I showed a picture of the haircut I wanted and actually got exactly that — which has never happened to me before 😅 I’ve been to so many salons and usually walk out with something “close enough,” but this was spot on. I was also given really helpful advice on how to style the cut at home, which I really appreciated. Super happy with the result and can’t stop looking at my hair. Will 100% be coming back!

He gives honest and helpful advice and I always feel I am in safe hands. He has created so many beautiful colours on my hair over the years and yet my hair is in excellent condition thanks to him. Josh is amazing! I have been getting my hair cut by Josh for over 8 years now, following him from another barber shop to Butch, which is run by him and his partner, Mario. Every haircut has been on point and I always walk out feeling amazing. The space is fun and welcoming and the service is professional and warm. Happy to have chats, or just take it easy and zone out. My partner has joined me at butch getting her hair cut, coloured and styled by Mario for a couple years now too. Can't recommend Josh and Butch the salon highly enough!

This is my favorite hair salon for so many reasons, the first of them being Princess Tiana-she’s phenomenal & is skilled to do any texture of hair. She always gets my hair perfect. The salon plays good music, offers a plethora of refreshments & snacks, the location is easy to get to, the prices are extremely reasonable & they’re also a makeup artist on site there! I can’t recommend this place enough!

After relocating, I was eager to find a hairdresser that I trusted for my fine blonde foils, as I've been blonde for over 20 years and wanted to maintain the same look. Well, the transition was seamless, as Shannon is an outstanding hairdresser! She is attentive, knowledgable, and she took the time to ask questions and find out what has worked previously. The salon is welcoming and relaxing, the head massage is dreamy and Shannon gave me a fantastic trim and blow dry to freshen up yet maintain my preferred look. I am so relieved to have found Shannon, and can't wait to return to soon!
