This has helped me so much, I came to strengthen and aid my mobility and my help with my flexibility. I have an shoulder injury and Nastachia has worked out exercises to help with recovery and healing. It took 2 sessions and I don't have any headackes caused by the muscle in my shoulder into my neck anymore. I can move my arm and my shoulders look more aligned aswell. I am so happy and more then satisfied. She is also very kind and guides you perfectly through each exercise. Highly recommend. Bonus is the delicious tea after 😉

I really enjoyed the sauna and cold plunge experience, feeling not just training ready but also refreshed. The facilities are fantastic and I liked how easy it is to book. Such friendly staff as well. Looking forward to trying out those recovery compression boots next time.

I am so happy with my session at the facility. I was assisted by Ms Tamara Reddy. I had knee pain for approximately 3 years and within just 1 session with Tamara, I experienced knee pain relief. I had the homework of doing exercises, which contributed to the overall recovery. If I could give 10 Stars instead of 5, I would definitely do so. Would recommend to other people in my position.

My time with Bianca has been truly beneficial for my healing journey. I have been diagnosed with fourth stage breast cancer that had disintegrated three vertabrae in my neck. I needed spinal surgery to prevent paralysis. When I arrived at Bianca I had minimal rotation and movement in my neck. After two sessions the the improvement was remarkable. Bianca has a warm, caring and generous demeanor and shows great knowledge in her work. She gave simple to follow exercises for home that supported the process. I have found LYNO to be a very powerful modality. I highly recommend Bianca.

Nastaschia was so accommodating in training 3 of us using the 2 reformers and her additional equipment. The class was so smooth with all the planned exercises and all 3 of us were equally given the individual training and guidance.
