I'm very grateful for having this Crystal and Reiki Holy Fire distance healing session with Matteo. I've never experienced such a powerful healing before. It was absolutely beautiful and mind-blowing. My body experienced a number of different physical sensations, from tingling to tapping, and it was clear which areas he was working on. Also, I saw so many faces and bright colours that I didn't want to come back to reality! It was like a vivid dream! Before and after the session I was talked through with great care and patience by Matteo, who provided me with very deep insights. He's a pro!!

Gav has been brilliant. Very knowledgeable very passionate about his work and really goes into depth when explaining what's going on with your particular injury. Mine being lower back and he's shown me the particular muscle and he's explained where its all connected to and how due to the injury I've compensated and created disharmony in my bio mechanics. He's went above and beyond with the recovery programme and after 3 days I've noticed a massive shift. So 2 sessions with Gav and 3 days of his recovery programme am now feeling I'm on the right track to getting sorted and back to full training

Have been to Gavin for several different injuries over last few months.He has help really well with all of them .Has good knowledge and average patter Best advice I could give to anyone with a niggle of and injury or soreness get booked in asap it will honestly help long term with your fitness and health Less time on the couch more time in the gym

Gavin will work his magic on your body to help you with recovery or maintenance and will help to identify any issues you may have and where they come from. I have so much energy and body feels 10 years younger after 60 minutes sports massage.

Fantastic really good and listens about what health issues you have

Another great massage, honestly leaving with a new experience each time and feeling all the lighter for it. Really listens in and takes their time to tackle any difficult spots.

I had a Reiki, Holy Fire, and Crystal Healing session with Matteo, and it was absolutely beautiful. He described something I had actually been feeling in the days leading up to our session — a particular guide coming through — and even shared a vision of me in the desert, which carried deep symbolism that felt incredibly aligned and meaningful to me. This was a distance session, and although I wasn’t in my usual space, it turned out to be a really lovely and relaxing experience. They create a very positive and trusting environment, encouraging you and giving you the confidence to tap in and listen to your own body and get what you need from your session. It's been a very welcome learning curve for me over the past 2 years and I always look forward to my bodywork sessions. The new space is gorgeous, very warm amd welcoming. Went to Gav for a 2nd opinion on what I thought was an herniated disc but had been told elsewhere it wasn’t. Within minutes Gavin had confirmed it was indeed the case. I now have a plan for recovery and most of all know what’s going on and how not to make it any worse. Thanks again Gavin.

I am super happy with service I received. I was welcomed at the reception with a smile from Gavin. I was put at ease immediately with questions of injury and pain on my body. Questions were thorough and pain was identified and work was intensive to the areas. I came away confident at last my injuries and pain is going to get sorted once and for all. I have been to chiropractors and osteopaths and never have I been completely relieved of pain. I could turn in bed last night and also this morning with no pain on my hips which I have had for a year. I am confident I am on the road to recovery.

1st Visit. That was an experience! I found Gav very welcoming, made me feel comfortable from the offset. Given space, privacy & time to prepare for the treatment. Room was clean & warm. Talked through my reason for the visit & treatment started right away. Gave tried a few different methods to find which best worked for me. Constantly checking in for pain tolerance or if I needed a breather. Overall a great experience. I received my exercise plan, for recovery, within 24hrs. Will absolutely book again. P.S, after treatment, I slept 9hr 15mins!! Best sleep I've had in years!!

I had my first session with Gav today and I can not rate him enough. I have had years of pain from injuries and although we have a lot of work ahead of us for my recovery after one session I honestly feel so uplifted, feel like I am floating on clouds. Gav was so professional and even the room was perfect temperature. He explained the process, gave me a plan to follow and explained each one of my muscles that are affected, how my pain occurs and ways to help in every day life. Most of my life is aimed around fitness and when i train it is always to the point of failure so over a period of time that has taken its toll on my body. Before i went in to Gav my body was stiff my range of movement while training was only about 60% so it was effecting to output and performance i was getting from the gym. After a 1 hour session with Gav i felt so much better and it has made a big difference in every aspect with the gym and my lifestyle. Not only has Gav helped me move forward with my training but he also spends time to educate you in what he is doing and the reason for it.

A great place! Arran was really helpful and attentive. He talked me through the scientific explanations of what my problem was and how I needed to tackle it, he was always available for a quick catch-up if needed and made the recovery period really enjoyable. I would highly recommend The Physio Clinic!

Sports massage was very good and all aspects of helping recovery had an impact. Advice on rehab exercises was also very good. Would definitely recommend!
