This was my first appointment with Kara, through a referral/recommendation. I suffer from plantar fasciitis. As soon as I met Kara, she made me feel at ease and immediately knew where the pain stems from. Her expertise and knowledge is amazing. She explains everything during the treatment and knows exactly how to treat the pain. I felt so much lighter and happier that I found an expert who knows exactly where to target the problem.
