I was very unhappy with how my hair was prior to Beth becoming my hairdresser but she has absolutely nailed the brief and I now I could not be happier! The health of my hair is improving out of sight, the colour is stunning, and now I go longer between appointments and love how the regrowth comes through seamlessly and we are embracing my beautiful natural silver streaks coming through. She is a so professional and kind, and a joy to talk to every time!

I love getting my hair done at House of Grace! Grace is always gentle and really knows how to care for natural hair. I have done straight-ups, mini twists, and washes with her and my hair always feels soft, healthy, and beautiful. Highly recommend!

My appointment was timely and service was great. Appreciated the catering to my natural hair for a sew in, as most hair dressers do not want to accommodate that without wanting to put a relaxer on the leave out

What a wonderful experience! As someone with natural hair, going to a salon can be nerve wracking, but the hairstylists made me feel completely at ease. They were so gentle from the wash right through to the final styling. I absolutely love my mini twists. They are neat, lightweight, and the perfect protective style that I know will last for a long time. On top of that, their prices are incredibly reasonable compared to most natural hair salons. I couldn’t be happier with the service and will definitely be back!

Naa was a 100 out of 10!!! She knows exactly what she’s doing. Her gentleness with my natural hair was extremely impressive. I have been to most of the hair salons in Ghana that claim to be experienced with natural hair but I can confidently say none of them are as good as Naa. She gets it. I highly recommend Naa if you want someone that won’t tear your curly coils.

As always, Shana made me feel like an absolute princess. She somehow managed to fit so much into a four-hour appointment, doing a full retwist and adding extensions without ever making it feel rushed. I was a bit nervous since I’m still recovering from a broken leg, but she went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable, shifting things around so I’d feel at home. That kind of care really means a lot. My dreads have never looked cleaner, neater, or more natural. The extensions blended perfectly, I walked out feeling brand new and completely confident again. Another 5 star experience. I came in to get medium braids done on my natural hair. I was expecting to take quite some time because I have ALOT of hair. But Mercy washed my hair, dried it and braided it all within 3 hours. Love the efficiency and how it came out. Thank you, Mercy! Until next time…🙂

It was my first time at Extension Blow Dry Bar and Maharet was wonderful. From the moment she began washing and deep conditioning my hair I knew it was going to come out great and it did. She recommended a trim which I needed and understood how nervous I was and really helped me feel comfortable explaining every step of the process. I have no complaints and I hope to visit again soon for future natural hair services.

Barbara did a good job checking in with me on size and length of the twist but she did give me regular twists instead of the knotless that I requested and paid for (even though I confirmed twice that I was getting knotless). (I didn't notice until now). The style is still super cute and super neat though! And she did a great job!

Great products. Great afro treatment. Fantastic environment. My only disappointment, is that i booked an afro treatment with a style. The style I was given was twists, which i love, however the lines for the twist were not straight at all, it was a mess, i couldn't go out with that style. I was disappointed in that regard

Twist and Locs is excellent at handling natural hair. I have enjoyed the service thoroughly. As a person with extremely thick hair, I’ve had to endure the torture of traditional salons pulling at my roots and then telling me to perm or texturize. This has been the most bearable, and dare I say, most wonderful experience. As I speak, I’m induced by the sweet minty burn on my scalp and the scented of their conditioner in my twists. The fact that price is fixed beforehand is a plus for the kind of hair I have. And the staff are so fun. Mabel (my fellow Reggae fan) has such a soft touch.

I had the illusion crochet braids service done. I like the ease of scheduling appointment through the app. Shamoy did a great job. I like how the crochet style came out and she showed me some different ways, I can style my hair with the crochet twist. She also share some insight on how I can grow my hair.

Yayyyy!! This time I switched up my service and did a twist out instead of my usual Twists to Go!! Oh.My.Goodness!! Ari seriously hooked me up!!!! I absolutely LOVE the way my hair looks!!!! I honestly have to say this is the best hair colouring experience I’ve had in the UK so far. The stylist was extremely careful, patient, and very experienced. They really listened to what I wanted and paid great attention to every detail, which made me feel completely at ease. The colour turned out beautiful and natural, and I’m so happy with the result. I booked a natural hair reset with a twist out and from start to finish it was an education experience. I learned about the current state of my hair and what was contributing to it. I learned about my hair characteristics (porosity, density, strand thickness). I learned about what type of products work for my hair and my hair concerns. I left my appointment feeling very equipped and capable of improving and maintaining the health of my hair. And Stevonnia handled my hair with so much care. Very gentle! 10/10
