I had a really great first experience. She made the entire visit very comfortable and she always checked to make sure everything was okay during the whole appointment. She’s very gentle so you barely even feel a thing and Of course the end result ate. She did her big one! Will definitely return💕

This was my first time visiting The Brow and Lash Refinery, and I had a wonderful experience! My lash technician was professional, friendly, and welcoming throughout the entire appointment. I initially booked a classic set but decided to switch to a hybrid set when I arrived, and she accommodated my request without hesitation or any negative attitude. I truly appreciated her flexibility and positive energy. She did a great job, and I would definitely visit again. Highly recommend! ✨💕
