Amazing!  I checked out Island Wellness the other day.  The place is beautifully redone.  The infrared sauna and cold plunge were just what my body needed - I finished up with the hydro massage bed which was a heavenly alignment!

A little more privacy in the zero gravity chairs would have been nicer. Even a divider to stop people coming in the front 
door from seeing us. Also as I told Sarah the LED-mask was very uncomfortable on the nose and eyes.
