Amazing! I checked out Island Wellness the other day. The place is beautifully redone. The infrared sauna and cold plunge were just what my body needed - I finished up with the hydro massage bed which was a heavenly alignment! Thank you I will definitely be back to make Island Wellness part of my wellness!

A little more privacy in the zero gravity chairs would have been nicer. Even a divider to stop people coming in the front door from seeing us. Also as I told Sarah the LED-mask was very uncomfortable on the nose and eyes. Overall a good experience

Cute little spot with a various assortment of relaxation therapies to choose from. My bf enjoyed the slimming steam pod and red light therapy. Helped to ease his sore back muscles he had been dealing with. Staff very sweet and accommodating to their guests. Thank you!

It was very relaxing, I did the red light therapy, and the Hydro massage, which was incredible! The staff is very friendly, although there was a little miscommunication about what Groupon were accepted at this location, it was immediately resolved! Highly recommend!

The sauna and cold plunge were all set up when I walked in. I was not rushed and given as much time as I needed. I was given a discount by taking off half of the price of the cold plunge. Enjoyable expierence!

A very relaxing 45 minutes in the salt cave. The chairs tilt back to 0 gravity. There were blankets and various pillows in the salt cave, making it very easy to doze off. Another benefit of the experience was respiratory that lasted well into the day. A+++ staff. Very Informative, educational, calming operators. We will return.

It was great. Alison moved the zero gravity chair to the end because she wanted me to have my full time with the sauna and cold plunge. She also gave me an extra 15 minutes on the zero gravity chair. I also did the Nortec leg compression sleeves and I feel great. Would highly recommend!
