Unlock expert assistance with Premium Support
Get round-the-clock access to expert help whenever you need it with Premium Support. Learn how to activate Premium Support and reach out to specialists via live chat or phone, for the support needed to keep your business running smoothly.
Getting started
Fresha’s Premium Support add-on is offered for a monthly fee, based on the number of active locations in your business. Anyone with access to your workspace can use the Premium Support service.
Premium Support is not available in all countries just yet. Please check availability in your region before subscribing.

Upgrading to Premium Support
You’ll have the choice to upgrade and renew.
To sign up to Premium Support:
- Open Add-ons and select View under Premium Support.
- From the sign-up page, click Continue.
- Review your payment method and total monthly cost. You can click Change to update the payment card.
- Select Enable.
- Click Done to complete the set up.
You'll receive an email to confirm your sign-up.
Using Premium Support
As well as our standard email support, you’ll have access to phone and live chat.
Call our support specialists
To reach out to our phone support specialists:
- Open your workspace and click on your profile icon.
- Select Help and support and choose Phone support.
- Open Add-ons and select Manage under Premium Support.
- Under Phone support, use the contact number to call our support specialist.
- Click on Generate under Access code to retrieve a unique access code. You may be asked for this to verify your account.
The unique access code is temporary and can only be used for your business.
Chat with support specialists
You can start a live chat session at any time. There's no limit on the number of chats or duration during your subscription.
To chat directly to a support specialist within the Fresha app:
- Open your workspace and click on your profile icon.
- Select Help and support and choose Live chat.
- Continue to provide details of your query in the chat window to connect with an expert.
To end the chat, select the three dots at the top of the char window and select End chat.
Canceling Premium Support
To cancel your Premium Support subscription or free trial:
- Open Add-ons and select Manage under Premium Support.
- Click Options and select Disable add-on.
- Select an option from the dropdown menu under Why are you disabling?
- Click Disable now to confirm your cancellation.
FAQs
Premium Support is available through a monthly subscription. You can find pricing details for all of Fresha's paid features and add-ons, including Premium Support, on our pricing page.
When you activate Premium Support, you'll be charged a pro-rated amount for the remainder of the current month. From the next billing cycle, the full monthly rate will apply.
If you decide to cancel, the charge will be calculated based on your activation date up to the end of that month.
Fresha’s Premium Support add-on subscription fee is determined by the total number of locations within your business account.
If you're calling for premium support from a phone number linked to your account, we’ll automatically recognize your number and verify your business. If you're using a different number, you'll just need to provide your unique access code for verification.
To find your billing date for the Premium Support add-on, open Add-ons, and click Manage under Premium Support. You'll find information about your billing date under Details.
No, to enable or cancel Premium support, you need to log in to your Fresha account using a web browser.
