Data connector overview

How the Data connector works
Fresha's Data connector is designed to help businesses of all sizes unlock the full potential of their data. Whether you need regular performance reports or want to connect Fresha data directly to your own custom systems, Fresha's Data connector makes it seamless.
With automatic syncing, your data is always current, giving you more time to focus on insights instead of admin. You can use it to:

Upgrade to the Data connector
Fresha's Data connector is available as a paid add-on, based on the total number of locations within your business.
- From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Add-ons.
- Under Data connector, click on the View button.
- From the Data connector add-on page, click on the Continue button to proceed.
- In the next step, review the total monthly cost and review your payment method. To update your payment method, click on Add credit/debit card.
- Click on the Enable button in the top right of your screen to activate this add-on.
Once activated, you can start to add new data connectors.
Cancel your Data connector subscription
- From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Add-ons.
- Under Data connector, click on the View button to manage the add-on.
- Click on the Options button in the top right of your screen, and select Disable add-on.
- On the confirmation page, use the dropdown menu to select a reason for canceling, then click Disable now to confirm.

Pricing for all of Fresha's add-ons, including Fresha's Data connector, is available on our pricing page. The monthly fee is determined on the total number of locations within your business.
Before upgrading to Fresha’s Data connector, you can take advantage of our 7-day free trial. You can disable this add-on at any time before the trial ends and you won't be charged. Your plan will automatically renew until canceled.
Fresha prioritizes your data security with reliable infrastructure and encrypted connections when available. You can use permissions to manage access to the Data connector and the database credentials are only visible to the person setting the connection up.
Team members with the permission settings enabled for 'Account setup' and 'Manage Data connections' will be able to create and manage Data connections for your business.
To upgrade to Insights you will need to log in to your Fresha account using a web browser.
