FAQs
Data is automatically refreshed about every 30 minutes, similar to Fresha's reporting feature. This ensures your database stays up to date with the latest information.
Fresha's Data connector has a fair use policy of up to 8 hours of usage per day across all connections. Using multiple connections at the same time doesn’t increase the usage rate. After 8 hours, queries will be temporarily restrained, and usage will reset the following day. To optimize performance, avoid excessive query frequency and batch requests where possible.
Fresha does not store passwords for data connections to ensure the security of your business data. If you lose your password, you can easily generate a new one by resetting it.
If you cancel your Data connector add-on, your connections will remain active until the end of your billing period, after which they will be disabled. If you resubscribe within two months, your connections will still be available, but after two months they will be permanently deleted.
A public key provides an extra layer of security for your connection, it's an optional step when setting up a data connection in your Fresha account. If your system requires secure SSH authentication, you can upload a public key to protect your data. This ensures that only authorized users can access your connection, keeping it safe from unauthorized use.
