Manage personal notifications

Stay in the loop with everything happening in your workspace, so you can always be ready to meet client needs and keep your business running smoothly. Learn how to manage all your personal notifications in one place easily.
Getting started
You’ll receive workspace notifications through the bell icon. Before you start managing these, make sure you:
- Ensure that notifications are turned on for the Fresha for business app in your mobile phone settings.
- Have access to the email address you used to register with Fresha.
- Know your account password. If you've forgotten your password, don’t worry; you can easily reset it.
Managing personal notifications
Take control of your notifications and only receive the updates that matter most to you.
To manage your personal notifications:
- Click on your profile icon and select My profile.
- In the left menu, select Workspaces.
- Select Manage next to your current workspace.
- Click Manage again next to Workspace notifications.
- Under Activity and locations, choose to be notified about:
- My activity only:
Only get notified about events that directly involve you. - Activity concerning all team members:
Get notified about all events involving team members in your workspace. If you have multiple locations, you can choose which ones you want notifications for by selecting Change.
- My activity only:
- Under Appointments, select the types of appointment activity you want to be notified about:
- New appointments & marketplace sales
- Confirmations
- Reschedules
- No-shows
- Arrivals
- Started
- Cancellations
- New waitlist entries
- Check the box under Online sales to be notified about Product orders (whenever a client purchases products online).
- Under Insights choose the type of business performance summaries you'd like to receive:
- Daily summary email
- Weekly summary email
- Monthly summary email
- Check the box under Online tips to be notified when clients leave tips online.
- Under Product stock choose how you want to be notified about product stock notifications:
1. Low stock alerts:
Notifies you when a product reaches a low stock level. 2. Low stock summary:
Opt into daily or weekly emails about products low in stock. - As a workspace owner, you’ll also have the option to adjust marketing notifications for your workspace under Marketing:
1. Blast campaign resending:
Check the box to receive reminders to resend campaigns to clients who haven't opened them. - Click Save.
You can also quickly manage your notifications by clicking the bell icon, choosing an option from the side menu, and selecting the three dots.
