FAQs
- Photo ID verification: A clear photo of yourself holding a valid government-issued ID (for example, a selfie with your passport or driver’s license, ensuring your face and ID details are visible).
- Proof of business ownership: An official document confirming you are the legal owner of the business, such as a business registration certificate, tax return, or business premises lease.
If you're prompted to create an account, it means there's no account linked to that email. To access your existing account and its data, always use the email you provided during registration when logging in.
To change your login email, click on your profile icon and select Settings. Under Contact details, select Edit and update your email address.
You can only log into one account at a time. If you work with multiple businesses, you will need to log out of one account and into another.
If you can't find the reset password email, check the junk or spam folders of your registered email address. If it's not there, resend the reset link.
The reset password link is valid for 7 days. If it expires, you'll need to request a new one. If you're a team member without an account, contact the business owner for a new email invite.
You can still access your account if you’ve lost access to your email by logging in with the same email address, as long as you know your password. If you are unable to log in and need to update your email address, you’ll need to contact us for further support.
To verify your identity and recover your account, you’ll be asked to provide:
Please note that expired IDs and documents, such as utility bills, are not accepted as proof. Once your information has been reviewed, our team will contact you with the next steps.
If you created your account using Facebook, Google, or Apple, you won't have a Fresha password. You can easily set one by following the reset password steps anytime.
If you lost your phone or shared your login details, log out and reset your password. This will log you out from all devices, and you'll use the new password to log in from now on.
For security reasons, we do not recommend sharing your login details with anyone. You can send them an invitation link to set up their own password.
Before clicking on the Change password link in the reset password email to create a new password, please ensure that you are logged out. Otherwise, you will be automatically logged into your account and won't have the opportunity to set up a new password.
Normally, you won't need to verify your identity when logging in. However, in some cases, we may ask you to confirm it's really you by sending a verification code to your verified email address or mobile number. This helps us ensure your account stays secure.
