Update your account password and social logins
Keep your account safe by regularly updating your account password. Learn how to change and reset your password or connect your social logins.
Getting started
To update your account password, you’ll need access to:
- The email address used to register with Fresha.
Changing your existing password
- Desktop
- Mobile
To change the password for your personal account:
- Open your profile by clicking on the Avatar icon.
- Select Settings and scroll down to Security.
- Click on Change password.
- Enter the following information:
- Current password
- New password
- Verify password
- Click Change password.
After changing your password, you’ll be logged out of your account. Log back in, using the new password going forward.
To change the password for your personal account:
- Tap on your Avatar icon in the top right corner and select Settings.
- Scroll down to Security.
- Tap on Change password.
- Enter the following information:
- Current password
- New password
- Verify password
- Tap Change password.
After changing your password, you’ll be logged out of your account. Log back in, using the new password going forward.
Resetting your password
To reset your password, you must be logged out and have access to the email address registered to your Fresha account.
- Desktop
- Mobile
To reset your password:
- Open the Fresha login page.
- Enter the email address registered to your personal account and click Continue.
- Select Forgot password and then Reset password.
- A secure link to reset the password will be sent to your registered email address.
- From the email, select Change password.
- Enter the following information:
- New password
- Repeat password
- Click Update password.
To reset your password:
- Open the Fresha login page in your app.
- Enter the email address registered to your personal account and tap Continue.
- Select Forgot password and then Reset password.
- A secure link to reset the password will be sent to your registered email address.
- From the email, select Change password.
- Enter the following information:
- New password
- Repeat password
- Tap Update password.

Connecting social logins
To log into your account faster, connect to your Facebook, Google or Apple logins.

- Mobile
To connect your social logins:
- Open your profile by clicking on the Avatar icon.
- Select Settings and scroll down to Security.
- Under Social logins click Connect next to the Facebook, Google, or Apple account you want to link.
- Confirm the login details for your chosen account.
Once confirmed, you'll see an on-screen update confirming your account has been successfully connected.
To connect your social logins:
- Tap on your Avatar icon in the top right corner and select Settings.
- Scroll down to Security.
- Under Social logins tap on Connect next to the Facebook, Google, or Apple account you want to link.
- Confirm the login details for your chosen account.
Once confirmed, you'll see an on-screen update confirming your account has been successfully connected.
