Refer your friends, family, and other businesses to join Fresha, earning credits you can use for optional paid features. Learn how to track and manage Fresha referrals.
Getting started
Use Fresha credits for optional paid features like blast campaigns or payment processing fees. Before referring others to Fresha, we recommend:
- Reviewing Fresha's referral programme terms and conditions to fully understand the requirements.
- If you are a team member reach out to the account owner to request permission to access Wallet and card processing.
Joining Fresha through referrals
Since an existing Fresha user invited you, both your business and theirs can earn credits.
The required steps are as follows:
- Use the invite link to sign up your business.
- Complete your account setup and enable payment processing.
- Process the required card payment amount using Fresha's payment processing. The specific amount is listed in your wallet under Credits and referrals.
Check your progress
To check your progress at any time:
- Open the business wallet and select Credits and referrals.
- Select Pending to view your referral progress and expiration details.
Referring a friend to Fresha
Refer a business to Fresha, and you both earn credits for optional paid features.
To invite a friend to Fresha:
- Open your business wallet and select Credits and referrals.
- Select Send an invite to access your unique invite link.
- Click to copy your link or share via email, text, Whatsapp, or social media.
You and your invited friend will earn Fresha credits whenever their business completes all the required steps:
- Your friend will sign up their business via your invite link.
- They complete their account setup and enable payment processing.
- They process the required card payment amount using Fresha's payment processing. The specific amount is listed in their wallet under Credits and referrals.
You can track the progress of all your referrals and pending credits anytime in your wallet under Credits and referrals.
FAQs
The credits vary via region, but you can find out in your account under Credits and referrals.
If you signed up to Fresha using an invite link or invited a friend, credits will appear as 'pending' until all required steps are completed and the credits are available.
These are credits granted by Fresha when all the required steps have been successfully completed.
The credit offer may have expired or the countries/currencies may not match. The offer expires after the timeframe outlined in their wallet under Credits and referrals progress. Your friend must sign up with the same country and currency to claim the reward.
The referral program is valid from the 28th of September 2022 and it does not apply retrospectively.
Earned credits are valid for 365 days. Pending credits must be earned within the designated timeframe outlined in their Credit and referrals progress, after which the offer expires.
Credits are a Fresha-specific currency used to pay for chargeable features. If available, credits will be automatically redeemed for fees.
From the time a referrals Fresha account was created via the referral link, they have 3 months to complete all of the required steps.
