Add a book button to your website
In this guide, you’ll learn how to create your booking link and add it to your website to make it easy for clients to book with you.
Booking buttons
Adding a Book Now button to your website offers a seamless way for new and existing clients to book online directly through your Fresha page. You can create this button using your dedicated booking link from the Link builder tab, then add it to your website to make booking quick and easy for clients.
To activate booking links, you must list your profile on the marketplace.
Generate your booking link
Your booking links are unique links that direct clients straight to your Fresha booking page. These links won’t display other businesses in your area, and clients who book through them won’t incur any New client fee charges.
- From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Online booking.
- In the left menu panel, select Link builder to view shareable links.
- Choose from the following options to create a link:
- Link to everything
Clients can book appointments, buy gift cards, memberships, or products. - Link to services
Select specific services, locations, or team members. - Link to memberships
Link to a specific membership or all memberships sold online. - Link to gift cards
Link to a specific gift card or all gift cards sold online.

- Click on the Create link button to generate the link.
- From the pop-up, click on the copy icon to copy the link directly.
- Copy and paste your booking link to add it to your website, share it in social media posts, or send it directly to clients.
- You can also include the link in a Blast message to your clients to encourage bookings, and generate a unique QR code to print on business cards or display in your salon window for easy booking.
You can generate a QR code for your link to provide quick access to your services, you can display it on business cards or your salon door.

- Services: select the specific services clients can book.
- Memberships: limit the link to membership-only sales.
- Gift cards: limit the link to gift card-only sales.
Your unique booking link, found in the Link Builder tab, will display the original venue name you set when creating your Fresha business account. If your business name has changed and you’d like to update your booking link, you can contact our team to generate a new one for you.
Once your booking link has been updated, you can find this in the Link Builder tab as usual. We recommend that you replace all Book Now buttons and booking links, as the previous link will no longer work.

You can also filter each booking link so clients only see certain business locations and team members when booking online.
When creating a booking link in your Link Builder tab, you can choose to display only a specific bookable team member to clients. Simply follow the steps to create your link, then use the filters to select the team member you want to feature. Team members can use this feature to encourage their clients to book appointments with them exclusively.
