How do I update the business name on my booking link?

Update your business settings with the correct business and location names. Then, contact us to update your Fresha marketplace profile. We’ll generate a new link reflecting your business name. Update all booking buttons with this new link, as the old one will no longer work.

Can I create a booking link for a specific service category?

Links cannot be created for service categories, but they can be generated for each service. We recommend generating a link for the first service in a category, which will direct the client to the top of the service category when clicked.

Can I create a booking link for each team member?

Yes, you can create specific links for each team member. Follow the steps to create a link and select the relevant team member in the filters.

Booking buttons

Adding a Book Now button to your website offers a seamless way for new and existing clients to book online directly through your Fresha page. You can create this button using your dedicated booking link from the Link builder tab, then add it to your website to make booking quick and easy for clients.

To activate booking links, you must list your profile on the marketplace.

Generate your booking link

Your booking links are unique links that direct clients straight to your Fresha booking page. These links won’t display other businesses in your area, and clients who book through them won’t incur any New client fee charges.

From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Online booking.
In the left menu panel, select Link builder to view shareable links.
Choose from the following options to create a link:
1. Link to everything
  Clients can book appointments, buy gift cards, memberships, or products.
2. Link to services
  Select specific services, locations, or team members.
3. Link to memberships
  Link to a specific membership or all memberships sold online.
4. Link to gift cards
  Link to a specific gift card or all gift cards sold online.
Click on the Create link button to generate the link.
From the pop-up, click on the copy icon to copy the link directly.
Copy and paste your booking link to add it to your website, share it in social media posts, or send it directly to clients.
You can also include the link in a Blast message to your clients to encourage bookings, and generate a unique QR code to print on business cards or display in your salon window for easy booking.
