Let's start with tips. They're seamlessly integrated, making it easy to incorporate them in every sale. If tipping is enabled in your workspace settings, you'll see preset tip options when you're ready to continue to payment. You can choose one of these values or add a custom amount.
If tipping isn't set up yet, you can manually add a custom one through quick actions like this. From here, you can adjust the amount, change the team member, or split the tip between multiple team members.
Clients can easily add tips through thank you messages. Not only is it more convenient for them, but it's a proven way to boost your tips.
Now let's move on to payments. Our point of sale is made super simple, especially for handling cash. If your client chooses to pay with cash, all of the calculations for any change needed is done for you. Simply select the cash as the payment method and enter the amount received. The amount of change you need to give back will be automatically calculated and shown, so you don't have to worry about doing the math yourself.
If your clients prefer to use more than one payment method, simply use split payments. This means clients can pay using a combination of methods like card on file and a gift card in the same transaction.
