Didn’t feel I was heard with what I was asking for. Person who I spoke with initially on arrival and person who did my hair were different so perhaps my request was mis translated. Had to pay a lot of money and walk out not happy with result, with further damage to my hair given the extra bleach I didn’t want.

Hi Amy sorry to know about your experience and it’s very disappointing to see this review. Bleach was only used as your asked for it and no bleach foils were not possible as your hair already had scattered bleach all over, we do not believe there is any further damage caused as the bleach used was in very less quantity and we added so many repair and hair bond treatments which would actually repair your previous damage, our salon is quiet upfront to say no if we believe that any treatment is not suitable for a certain client or would cause further damage. It’s quiet surprising to see this review as we asked you quiet a few times if you are happy or you need any change Infact even before we started your service we did double check with you if you are happy to go ahead and you said yes ! We just didn’t do it. Please reach out to us should you have any further concerns we will be more then happy to assist you. Thank you for your time and feedback
