Low Level Laser Light Therapy is used alongside reflexology to help focus and target arthritis.

This NEW technology has a lot more depth than regular led light therapy (which only reaches the dermis layers of the skin) by reaching down to the bones, ligaments and tendons and promotes heeling from deep within. Further technological information can be found on my website.

Foot Reflexology - Initial Appointment

This wonderful and relaxing treatment not only gives you time to for yourself and help you re-balance, it also allows me time to focus on any specific areas in more depth and can include a lower leg massage which is wonderful for increasing circulation, helping the lymphatic system, reducing muscle tension and improving relaxation and sleep. 
This treatment is 20 minutes longer than the regular reflexology at 70 minutes, with your appointment lasting 1 hour 35 minutes. If you are a new client, please book from 'New Client Bookings'
