The salon was beautiful, very clean and welcoming. All the staff were incredibly friendly, clearly very happy within the workplace! Kayleigh was fantastic, we had a thorough consultation before she escorted me to the hair wash area and we had a lovely chat whilst washing my hair, all the products smelt fabulous! I was very impressed with my haircut and blow dry and will be returning back on Tuesday for a colour consultation, very excited to return. I would highly recommend this salon to all!

A truly wonderful 90 minute treatment today with Hayley. Such a warm and welcoming salon. I was treated with the utmost care and attention and the products used were beautiful. I’ve already booked my next treatment - cannot wait!

Lew and Chris are by far the best hair stylists I've ever had - couldn't be happier with my hair. The salon has such a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere too.

I booked in for a Pre-Christmas glow up with Rachel. Rachel talked me through the whole procedure and made me feel at ease through the process. Although the procedure was quite tingly at times, Rachel made me feel relaxed throughout. The home salon was beautiful and relaxing. I'm already planning my next appointment. Thanks so much Rachel!

My experience at the Beauty Shack was really really good from start to finish including the follow-up appointment Lucy is friendly efficient and professional and has done a wonderful job removing my skin tags. I would highly recommend her not only for her efficiency but for her value for money as she is very reasonably priced!

Beautiful salon! I normally can’t switch my brain off to enjoy having some “me” time but Lucy somehow manages to get me to just relax and have a recharge whilst I have a treatment. I particularly recommend the hot stone massage and manicure/pedicure to anyone needing to feel utterly pampered! Also love the not being made to feel rushed, a very rare thing these days!
