I booked in (rather spontaneously) to have a hayfever injection. I changed my mind before attending as I wasn't sure if it was for me and Karen talked me through everything with zero pressure to have the treatment if I didn't want to. I didn't in the end, but the service received was second to none. I also gained some really useful information on alternative treatments that I could use instead.

Karen was very knowledgable, professional and caring. She has treated both myself and my son for a couple of different things. It’s always reassuring when you know you’re being treated by someone who really knows what they’re doing and is fully qualified.
