Karen was very knowledgable, professional and caring. She has treated both myself and my son for a couple of different things. It’s always reassuring when you know you’re being treated by someone who really knows what they’re doing and is fully qualified. I had a lot of wax in my left ear. I was able to book an appointment easily on line. Karen was excellent in explaining the process and checking that I was ok as the procedure was carried out. I have a return visit next week as there was a small bit of hard wax near the ear drum which was difficult to remove. Karen did not want to attempt to remove further until I had used more olive oil over the next week to loosen it.

I have been seeing Suzi for some time now and cannot recommend her enough. Definitely recommend the facial reflexology, its a wonderful experience everyone should try.
