Sôlt Haus - pronounced “salt house” - is a wellness studio like no other. We design slow, gentle wellbeing rituals that nurture body, mind, skin and soul. Our therapies are grounded in ancient practices and borrow ingredients from nature. In a world crowded in expense and excess, we find solace in simplicity and choose always to return to the wisdom of the wild. Our studio is located in the heart of Mona Vale on the Northern Beaches of NSW. We look forward to welcoming you! Pop in for a quickie, book a combo of therapies, or become a member and take full advantage.

The salt-and-infrared combination gives Sôlt Haus a different kind of sauna visit, with the salt steam adding to the heat and clients describing a peaceful, deeply relaxing session. Towels and water are provided, and the menu also includes LED Sól Therapy and the Sif Scalp Ritual.

Relaxing, satisfying and absolutely what I needed. Just sitting in an aesthetically pleasing atmosphere listening to the music you want for 45 mins is something I would recommend to anyone. All the staff I have meet so far are beautiful and friendly.
