Cloisters Spa is set in The Parsonage Hotel in York. Set in six acres of beautiful formal gardens and only 15 minutes away from the historic city of York, our spa facilities include 5 treatment rooms, a 16-metre swimming pool, jacuzzi, state-of-the-art gymnasium, sauna, steam room, and aromatherapy salt room. We use Natural Spa Factory products and leading British Spa brand Elemis and specialise in their ‘touch’ therapies. OPI products are used in our hand and foot treatments. Guests over the age of 18 are welcome to make use of the adults-only Cloisters Spa.

Such a lovely, relaxing treatment. Katie was very professional and provided a calming, relaxed environment. She listened to any concerns we may have had. The only suggestion I have is to perhaps finish with a 5 minute shoulder/neck massage after the arms as it didn't feel like it should end with the hands. Would have loved to have had a 2 hour treatment, just wonderful! Thank you.
