A very relaxing 45 minutes in the salt cave.  The chairs tilt back to 0 gravity. There were blankets and various pillows in the salt cave, making it very easy to doze off. Another benefit of the experience was respiratory that lasted
 well into the day. A+++ staff. Very Informative, educational, calming operators. We will return.

I had an amazing relaxing experience. Allison was so kind and patient. I enjoyed experiencing everything. 

It was great.  Alison moved the zero gravity chair to the end because she wanted me to have my full time with the sauna and cold plunge.  She also gave me an extra 15 minutes on the zero gravity chair.  I also did the Nortec leg compression sleeves and I feel great.  Would highly recommend!

Allison was the best. Knowledgable and helpful. Felt great after.

LED light therapy is noninvasive, so no recovery time is required.  Procedures take 20 minutes at a time. You should get treated once a week for up to 10 weeks, then maintain once every few months.
