James is the best hairdresser! He really understands my hair and knows exactly how to work with it. As an Asian woman with a lot of grey hair since high school, I’ve always looked for a hairstyle and color that are easy to maintain. James recommended the AirTouch technique, and it’s been perfect for my hair type and lifestyle! I only need to get it done once or twice a year, which is ideal for someone who prefers a low-maintenance routine. Misato was absolutely amazing! She was so gentle, thorough, and attentive, taking her time to make sure my hair turned out perfectly. I’ve been getting Japanese hair straightening for over 10 years, and I’ve never experienced this level of care and gentleness before. She paid attention to every detail, and I really appreciated how carefully she treated my hair throughout the entire process. I couldn’t be happier with the results.
