Middletown offers a rejuvenating experience with its infrared sauna and cold plunge, both of which are highlighted by clients for their refreshing effects. Visitors appreciate the cozy ambiance and the accommodating staff, who ensure a relaxing visit with amenities like zero gravity chairs and a salt cave that promotes tranquility and respiratory benefits.

The sauna and cold plunge were all set up when I walked in. I was not rushed and given as much time as I needed. I was given a discount by taking off half of the price of the cold plunge. Enjoyable expierence!

A very relaxing 45 minutes in the salt cave. The chairs tilt back to 0 gravity. There were blankets and various pillows in the salt cave, making it very easy to doze off. Another benefit of the experience was respiratory that lasted well into the day. A+++ staff. Very Informative, educational, calming operators. We will return.
