Sports massages are a great way to address any issues individuals may have, be it tightness from sports, weightlifting or daily life. These massages directly target tight and sore muscles, by warming up the muscles tissue, breaking down any scar tissue or adhesions then followed by lymphatic drainage.I aim to provide a professional service, which is suited to the individuals needs. I am trained and qualified to provide this rehabilitation service after completing my Level 3 Sports Massage Therapy and Rehabilitation.
